MBX Store Return Policy

At MBX Store, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made products through our trusted print-on-demand partner. If your order doesn’t meet expectations due to specific issues, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligible Returns We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective (e.g., printing errors, faulty stitching), you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photographic proof of the issue is required.

  • Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the expected delivery timeframe. We’ll provide a replacement or refund.

  • Carrier Errors or Invalid Address: If your order is returned to our fulfillment center due to a carrier error or an invalid shipping address, we’ll offer to reship the order at no additional cost.

2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., disliking the design or color).

  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer (please review sizing charts before ordering).

3. Return Process

  • Contact Us: Email us at support@mbodyworx.com (mailto:support@mbodyworx.com) within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost orders) with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • Review: We’ll respond within 2-3 business days with instructions for eligible returns.

  • Return Shipping: For damaged, defective, or carrier error returns, we cover the return shipping costs. For orders returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees may apply.

  • Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a replacement or refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, unless the issue is our error.

4. Refunds Refunds for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or lost orders) will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item or confirm the loss. Refunds exclude original shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
